Cancellation policies are detailed in our help center. Mondivago automatically handles refunds according to your rules.

Mondivago issues the commercial document to the traveler. You issue an invoice/receipt to Mondivago for the service provided, using the data we provide in the dashboard.

For occasional activities, you can start without one, but within annual limits. For ongoing activity, a VAT number is recommended — we provide a dedicated guide during onboarding.

Yes! While we do not currently have calendar sync, we are already developing our native channel manager to automatically sync availability and avoid double bookings. Many guides use Mondivago alongside other platforms for our lower commissions.
